Basic for android OS powered smartphone to connect with computer

If you can not connect your phone with your PC ,pls read the below reference

A: Try to connect your PC via USB cable and make sure you have turned on your USB storage.

1) When connecting the phone with the PC ,only if you "turn on the USB storage" ,your PC can detect the device

you can see the USB icon in the right cornor of the screen .and drag the icon to slide down a page as below

2)Then click the USB connected (select to copy your file to/from the computer )

Enter the next page :

3)you turn on the USB storage .you mobile phone will function as a mass storage device.

B: connect your phone via 91 assiatance and tranfer data by your PC control

1) Before transfer data between your pc and your andorid phone

pls install the 91 assitance in your PC first ,and select the language to english

91 assitance.exe download link : http://soft.sj.91.com/android/

2)If your Phone can not be connected with your PC ,pls make some setting accordingly as below

"Menu--setting -application -- Unkown sources (allow installation of non-market application)

"Setting -application-development-USB debugging (debug mode when USB is connected)

C: If your phone crushes or does not work properly ,you can try to restore factory setting .

go to setting --privacy --reset

D: The last but the most enjoyable DIY problem-solving is to flash the system by given proper firmware

Make sure you get the right rom and make it in the right way .

Normally,the flash apply the SD update or the PC update assited by flash USB cable

Do not play flash if you are not so experienced in smart gadgets ,or you may get black/white screen or lost your IMEI number.
